Supporting Local Nonprofits

Community grants are awarded to local nonprofit organizations in Choteau and Bynum when funds are available within the Choteau Area Community Tourism Grant program. These smaller awards support projects that enrich community life, draw visitors to the area, and build on the region’s identity as a destination along the Rocky Mountain Front.

Wayfinding & Marketing

Over the remaining years of the grant, the Choteau Tourism Grant Committee’s Wayfinding and Marketing Group will be working to improve signage throughout Choteau. Better wayfinding helps visitors navigate the town, find local businesses and attractions, and make the most of their time in the area — turning drive-through traffic into overnight stays and repeat visitors.
